This creates a durable, tamper-resistant package that protects high-value items like coins, electronics, or collectibles.

●Payment

A: For most orders, we require a 30% deposit before production and the balance before shipment. We accept T/T, PayPal, and other secure international payment methods.

A: Yes, for new custom shapes or sizes, a one-time mold fee is required. However, this mold is reusable for your future orders and comes with a long-term warranty.

●Shipping

A: All cards are packed in strong export cartons with protective layers. We can also pack based on your specifications, including retail-ready packs or display boxes.

A: Sample lead time is 7–10 days. Bulk production takes 4 weeks, depending on quantity and complexity. Rush orders are possible—please contact us to confirm.

A: Yes, we ship globally. We provide full export support, including customs documentation, labeling, pallet packing, and shipping by air, sea, or express courier.

A: For small trial order, by air or by express: FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc. For large order, we arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
